The kitchen has an open flow for entertaining and is the perfect spot to prep a delicious Lowcountry meal. It is fully equipped ample dining and cookware, Keurig coffee maker and dining table that seats 8 guests. There are a total of four bedrooms with a king bed in the master and two bedrooms with twin beds and a third bedroom with 2 double/full with ensuite bathrooms. The quiet location and access to the expansive deck make this a great layout for up to ten guests. When you take a walk outside, the back deck has furniture to enjoy the endless nature views and gas grill for your cooking needs. Make memories on Hilton Head Island with all that there is to do!

Our 2nd time at this property in Palmetto Dunes. The value of this rental is great.
When you look at what else is available for this price and location you will find rentals that are smaller, and less private.
If you look for more updated or convenient properties the price goes up considerably.
This is why we have been very happy to stay here twice so far. You can tell that there isn't much money spent on updating the house but the price can't be beat for what you get.
Positives:
-Large common area with open kitchen and family room.
-Each of the 4 bedrooms have their own bathroom (one bathtub is here as well for little ones)
-Very nice and private deck. Well shaded. Peaceful.
-We LOVED going for walks on Haul Away heading into the neighborhood (away from Mooring Buoy) as there is very little traffic. The trees w/ moss, the gorgeous homes, and the sounds of nature were amazing.
-Great price for what you get.
Negatives:
-The house could use some updating and maintenance
I highly recommend this for any family who wants the privacy and convenience of a single family home in Palmetto Dunes but doesn't want to pay top dollar. Very satisfied with our stays.
